Catalogue values cited are drawn from published editions of the Sassone catalogue and auction records and are provided for orientation only. They may not reflect current market conditions. You should consult the current edition of the relevant catalogue and, where significant sums are involved, a registered philatelic dealer or auctioneer.

The editorial text of articles in this Archive is the intellectual property of SilverPost Media S.r.l. and is protected by Italian copyright law (Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, as amended). You may quote brief passages for non-commercial research or educational purposes with attribution.

Images in the Archive are sourced from Wikimedia Commons and are reproduced under the applicable Creative Commons or public domain licences. Each image is attributed to its Wikimedia Commons source.
